Marie-Adele is a specialist in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS). Since 2006, she has dedicated her career to implementing a resource-based approach in MHPSS, collaborating closely with businesses, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and United Nations (UN) entities.

Her work has spanned various regions, including Asia, Central America, the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Mary possesses strong expertise in program development, crafting theories of change (TOC), and developing MHPSS policies, strategies, and manuals. She also has experience in creating staff care support in diverse cultural settings and enhancing team capacity through coaching and supervision.
